Our purpose at EYP.tv is to provide our clients tools for:
The Cultivation of Quality of Life, Longevity, and Practical Fitness; Enhancement of Survivability and the Performance Envelope Under Extreme Conditions; and Development of Intrinsic Human Values and Consciousness of Well-Being. All of these manifold qualities are just different facets to the same question when examined from the organism's perspective:
How Alive Am I?

EXPERIENCE YOUR POTENTIAL is a play on words: an experience can only happen in the subjective present while potential refers to an objective future performance. From where you stand your potential is merely a mirage but imagine merging experience—your interior life—with the persistent pursuit of your potential—your exterior life—a life orchestrated by you and composed of a stream of present-moment performances. What would that mean? Being would be in sync with doing. You flow. That is the state of EYP. But how?

EYP addresses all facets of human performance including tactical and strategic (lifespan) time horizons and from philosophical, theoretical, and methodological perspectives. EYP is a platform for your personal development by providing tools and expertise for the management of your biological assets. EYP constructs a bridge between you now and your potential by an organic process of extending the boundaries of your limitations.

Financial networth—spanning the continuum from poverty to wealthy—is well understood. Applying that same concept to quality of life from a biological perspective is both revealing and life-changing. Quality of life—or its lack—is determined by the value and synergy of your functional capacities…

What are you able to do physically and mentally today?

Ten years ago?

Ten, twenty, thirty years from now?

What is [your] bionetworth?
What you are able to do throughout the trajectory of your life and across a broad spectrum of vital functional capacities and essential performances is your bionetworth. Your bionetworth is both defined and cultivated by specific practices that nourish the essence of being alive. It addresses you in your totality as a whole person; the bionetworth paradigm is not about parts—it disobeys the tyranny of reductionism that presently reigns. Reductionism results in disconnection; disconnection is a decay process that invites disease while in the meantime you waste your life. You may be a triathlete but you are also a businesswoman, wife and mother. You have a brain but you also have a liver, pancreas and two kidneys.

You live on an organic, living, breathing planet; not in vitro in a metal, plastic, artificial, and polluted cage. EYP, via cultivation of bionetworth, results in [re]connection: connection fortifies resilience to life’s challenges and is an eternal, internal source of consciousness of well-being. Without intelligent balance, life is lost. And so are you.

Your life is your most important asset. It is an asset that will be spent no matter what. Life is also a performance; you will perform no matter what. You can choose to be a ship tied to a dock in a safe harbor for decades. But ships are not designed to accumulate barnacles and rust; they are designed to explore vast, virgin, open oceans. Bioeconomically, the currency of your life is time. Only you can decide how it is spent. Everyday you must spend time and what you receive in exchange is experience. Time is a constant but experience is not: what was the value of your experience today, was it worth a day of your life? It was if you lived at your potential and with the intention of building your vital capacities instead of stockpiling barnacles. Time is fuel for meaningful purpose.

What is your burn rate?
Quality of experience deepens proportionately to the networth of your biological assets: exchanging large sums of time for acquiring things and power is fool’s gold and leads to biological bankruptcy. The true cost of living is tantamount to saying that without intelligent intervention there is an imperceptible, default loss of bionetworth: living has a burn rate. Assuming you will “save” your bionetworth “for later” without intelligent, diligent behavior today is a fatal assumption. Have you been intelligently managing your biological assets? What has been your strategy so far and where will it lead you?

The synthesis and synergy of your capacities and performances serve foundational roles in your quality of life. Functional capacities are not limited to strength, endurance, and flexibility; they also include the function of all internal organ systems and their constituents. No cell or biological function is left behind. Cognitive performance, waste detoxification, and connective tissue integrity, along with thousands of other capacities, contribute to your bionetworth. They all matter. Leaving them to chance places value at risk. It pays dividends to take care of all of them. The consequences of abusing or ignoring any one of them will come to roost at the hubristic moment you boast the toast, “I have made it.”

How alive are you?

The concept of bionetworth engenders a new perspective of the human condition while expressing both theoretical and practical means to enrich your journey through life: it is a rigorous, multidisciplinary approach dedicated to the discovery of the cause and sustainability of vitality [see An Operating System for the Human Organism and Fit Soul, Fit Body in RESOURCES.]

Our proposition is that you are not just dead or alive. No, instead there is a degree of aliveness that transcends the superficiality of any measurement, particularly the often grim, Pyrrhic victory of “long life” afforded by modern medical practice. Having an EKG should not mean you are alive; it should mean you are not dead yet. Do not confuse quantity-of-life extension with quality-of-life extension. Being vibrantly alive is not the same bionetworth, life experience and trajectory as the mere prevention of death for four decades: how alive are you?

Financial planning is the implementation of a set of tools to manage your financial networth over your lifespan. Biological planning is the implementation of a set of tools to manage your biological assets over your lifespan. “Human resources” takes on a whole new meaning in both the personal and business realms. If you are thinking lucidly, you will realize that the best thing to save for old age is yourself simply because its importance dwarfs all other considerations, especially all material trappings. Bionetworth—quality of life—is about what you can do now and later, not what you possess now and later, or whether you have a feeble EKG now and later. What's your bionetworth and what are you doing about it? Your potential is closer than you think and greater than you know. But you will never experience your potential without intelligent action: action is not enough. EYP is an intelligence agency for your personal development.
